Itonya Conner- Hosusing Provider Specialist, Alameda County Hosuing Provider Resource Center (ACHPRC)

Hello, my name is Itonya, and I am proud to be a Bay Area native with over 20 years of experience in property management and real estate. I hold a CCRM (California-Certified Residential Manager) designation and have built my career as an leasing manager, on-site manager, property owner, and advocate for housing excellence. My expertise includes assisting property owners with tenant placement and navigating the complexities of rental markets. Over the years, I’ve helped countless individuals, couples, families, and roommates find not just a place to live, but a place to call home.

For the past seven years, I’ve also been a licensed Realtor, helping clients buy their dream homes, sell their properties, and secure investment opportunities. My approach is rooted in providing the tools, support, and personalized service needed to make renting, buying, or selling a stress-free and informed process. Previously, I hosted monthly free virtual Homebuyer Seminars featuring industry experts who answered questions and guided participants through the homebuying journey.

I am proud to serve as a Housing Specialist with The Alameda County Housing Provider Resource Center (ACHPRC) which offers support and resources to local housing providers, helping them navigate regulations and promote stable housing solutions in the community

John Takayama- Operations, Alameda County Housing Provider Resource Center (ACHPRC)

Working in Sales and Customer Service operations is a fast pace ever changing environment. As our client’s needs change, so do system requirements and the way we do business. For the past ten years at Fremont Bank, I worked aggressively to gain an in-depth understanding of operations at various levels. I brought best practices and leadership to help optimize business functionality at various levels across the company.

Responsible to streamline and manage multiple Call Center teams and Project Managers. Most of my teams were able to surpass ROI projections while significantly improving NPS scores. In order to be successful and make this happen, I changed procedures, led training sessions and integrated new technology to monitor track and calibrate staff efficiencies. I worked in tandem with other departments on projects that involved revamping various processes, systems and the re-training of staff. I also helped to optimize several departments and teams by strategically pulling resources and staff together to restructure operations to business needs.
