If you’re a rental property owner or manager—especially in unincorporated Alameda County—facing legal questions, compliance confusion, or operational stress, we’re here to help you navigate it all with clarity and confidence.
This in-person resource table is designed to provide timely, on-the-ground assistance during a moment when housing providers often need it most—when navigating court proceedings, managing disputes, filing the correct paperwork, or simply seeking trusted advice.
Special On-Site Support from Attorney Margaret Allen
We’re pleased to announce that Margaret Allen, an experienced attorney and housing law expert, will be joining our team for this event. Margaret brings a wealth of legal knowledge, particularly in landlord-tenant law, civil litigation, and housing policy in the Bay Area. She has a strong track record of advocating for fair and effective housing systems and has advised both small property owners and nonprofit housing organizations.
During this tabling session, Margaret will be available for limited, on-the-spot consultations with housing providers facing complex legal issues—including rent disputes, eviction proceedings, and habitability concerns. Her insights are grounded in decades of practical experience and deep knowledge of California housing regulations.
