About the Rental Housing Forum:
Join your fellow rental housing providers for an open rental housing forum to ask questions and engage in discussions relating to you rental business. The Rental Housing Forum will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 12 noon. Each week we will have a special guest from the rental housing community to provide their insight and expertise.
About the Housing Provider Resource Center (HPRC):
HPRC is a new county program, but run by local East Bay housing associations because we understand the needs of rental owners in the unincorporated region of Alameda County. This new program serves as a vital support hub for rental property owners navigating the complexities of providing safe, compliant, and affordable housing. Designed to empower housing providers in the unincorporated region, the center’s goal is to enabling property owners to stay compliant, informed, and proactive in meeting the region’s unique rental housing challenges.
